Robert Neary

December 14, 1950 — June 19, 2023

On June 19, 2023, Robert Jack Neary, peacefully passed away, with his wife and his middle son by his side, at Delaware Hospice. He was 72.

Mr. Neary was born in London, England, on December 14, 1950 to the late Jack and Margaret Neary.

Robert graduated from Poly Technical of Central London and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Photographic Technology. He moved to the United States and worked in Medical Imagining for AGFA / Gavaert, Fuji Medical, and North American Imagining.

He was in the Church Choirs for Saint Mary’s in Sparta, N.J. and Christ Church in Milford. Mr. Neary enjoyed photography and was a member of the Milford Art League and other online photography groups. He was a car enthusiast and owned a few exotic sports cars, but his greatest pleasure in life was spending time with his grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jennifer Neary. He is also survived by his children, Bill, Jim, Patrick, Laurie, and Teresa; his grandchildren, Lillian, Jack, Oliver, Lyla Rose, Simon, Samantha, and Zach, and his sister, Joanna and her husband George.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Friday 6/30 at Christ Church, 200 North Church St., Milford. Family and Friends may gather starting at 10AM.

In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to Christ Church Outreach Program.
