Marguerite Cox

On January 25, 2022, Marguerite J. Cox peacefully went home to be with the Lord.

She was born on January 11, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York to the late John and Estelle Bott.

Mrs. Cox was the proud owner of The Blossom Shoppe in Laurel, DE for over 20 years.

She was an active member of St. John’s the Apostille Catholic Church.

Marguerite loved to play bingo and go to the casino.

She was preceded in death by her husband James L. Cox.

Mrs. Cox is survived by her children, James Cox, William Cox, Joann Ogg and her husband Jim, and Stephen Cox and his wife Carol, her grandchildren, Bridget Catterton, Jeni Howell, Megan Cox, Emily Cox, and Andrew Mifflin, and 6 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Johns the Apostille Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Ave, Milford on Wednesday 2/2 at 11AM.

Interment is Millsboro Veterans Cemetery.
