Harrington – On May 26, 2021, John Paul Camarote, Jr., peacefully went home to be with the Lord.
He was born on February 9, 1939, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania to the late John and Emma Camarote.
Mr. Camarote was a biology teacher at Overbrook Senior High School in Pine Hill, N.J. for many years.
He was a very talented bird carver and taught classes on bird carving locally around Sussex County.
John also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Ellen Camarote, his children, John Camarote, III and his wife Wendy, Christina Murphy and her partner David Stiles, Juliana Nasatka and her husband Anthony, and Nicholas Camarote and his wife Dolores, and his grandchildren, John, Anthony, Allie, Zachary, and Jacob.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, from 10am to 12pm on Thursday 6/3. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John’s the Apostle Catholic Church at 1PM. Interment is Hollywood Cemetery.
