Frederick White

Frederick "Fred" Mueller White, age 79, of Milford, DE died at home Sunday, January 30, 2022.

Born June 30, 1942, Fred lived his younger years in Wilmington, DE, attending Wilmington schools.  As a teenager living in Hockessin, DE, he was a member of the Civil Air Patrol and took up flying.  Fred joined the US Navy at age 17 where he was trained in computers in a position that later transferred to General Electric and several other businesses.  Fred enjoyed reminiscing and was a collector of many things.  He loved people and engaging them in conversation.  He was an animal lover as well.

Fred is predeceased by his father H. Newton "Newt" White Jr., mother Thelma (Mueller) Ware and sister Katherine Joyce Hume.

Fred is survived by his granddaughter Stella White of Milford, DE, son Roger White, and daughters Janise White, Adrienne VanIngen, and Sarah White.  He also leaves behind his brother Harry White (Carolyn) of Millsboro, DE, and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.  He loved them all.

A Remembrance service will be held later this year when family can gather.
