Obituary

On November 7, 2022, Debbie L. Hopkins, peacefully went home to be with the Lord.

She was born on June 8, 1959 in Buffalo, NY to the late Robert and Donna Cialone.

Debbie worked as an Accountant for Paramount Pictures, Tops Corporate Offices, and in Customer Service at Prom Girl in Middletown.

She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, shopping, singing, and joking around with family and friends.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 16 years, William Hopkins, Jr. She is also survived by her daughter, Jamie Lotomski, her son, Ryan Cialone, her granddaughter, Keila Shipley, her mother, Donna Wolfe, her sister, Cathy Applegit, and her brother, David Cialone.

The family will receive visitors at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, from 6PM to 8 PM on Monday 11/14. The Funeral Mass will be at 12 noon on Tuesday 11/15 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Dover, 631 S. State St. Dover, DE 19901.

Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donation in her name may be made to Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1757 Horsepond Road, Dover, DE 19901.
