Milford – On December 17, 2021 Barbara Speakman Atallian peacefully passed away at Delaware Hospice.
She was born on September 15, 1928 in Wilmington, DE to the late Everett and Margaret Speakman.
Mrs. Atallian severed many years as a daycare manager for Delaware Adolescent Program, Inc. (DAPI)
She enjoyed watching sports, especially the Phillies, Ravens, and the Eagles.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husbands, Clifford L. Atallian and Frank Bakers, Jr. , her daughter, Karan Spencer, and her brother Everett Speakman.
She is survived by her sons, James K. Atallian and his wife Margie, and Robert B. Atallian and his wife Carol, her daughters, Terri A. Shapter and her husband Kenneth, and Renee J. Rischitelli, her stepchildren, Melinda Banks and her husband Howard, and Frank Baker, III and his wife Ellen, her grandchildren, Jason and Brian Atallian, Rerbecca Chillas, Nicholas Hill, and Jenna Rischitelli, her step grandchildren, Christine Hudson, Brian Banks, Johnathan Banks, Frank Baker, IV, and Kyle Baker, and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Zarah, Logan, and Gavin.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, from 12Pm to 1PM on Sunday 1/2, with a Memorial Service at 1PM.
Interment will be private.
