Vidute-Ona Medzeviciene

Vidute-Ona Medzeviciene passed away peacefully surrounded by her immediate family in Ellendale, DE on October 7th, 2024. She was born in Lithuania in 1945 to Romualdas and Marijona Zakareviciai. She graduated high school in 1962 and joined Vilnius Cultural Technical School where in 1966 she obtained Choir Conductor Degree. 

She loved cooking, knitting and sewing. She was singing and dancing her heart out at every party and was known to be a caring, kind and loving person. In 2021 she moved to US to live with her daughter and her family and was learning English with her son-in-law and teaching him and her grandkids Lithuanian. She enjoyed spending time with the family. 

Vidute-Ona was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Julyte and Birute, and her loving husband Kazys. 

She is survived by her two daughters Ligita Bagdanaviciene (Arvydas Bagdanavicius) and Rasa Conway (David Conway); and was a cherished grandmother to her grandchildren Iruna Bagdanaviciute, Lukas Conway and Alexander Conway. 

Vidute-Ona’s memory will forever live in the hearts of her family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted privately.
