Ruth Ann Dutton

On July 9th, 2026, Ruth Ann Dutton, peacefully went home to be with the Lord. She was 88.

Ruth Ann was born on June 24, 1938, in Milton, DE, to the late Phillip and Lillian Dutton.

She graduated from Milton High School.

Mrs. Dutton worked at Draper King Cole as an Administrator before working at Sussex Trust in Milford as a Bank Teller for many years.

She enjoyed yard work, cooking, and cleaning, but most of all spending time with her family.

Ruth Ann is survived by her daughter, Glenda Adkins and her husband William; her son in law, William Graves; her grandchildren, Jason Adkins and his wife Jordan, Jaclyn Baughman and her husband William, Amy Holcomb and her husband James, and Jermey Graves; her great grandchildren, Adalyn, William, Henley, Glenna, Miles, Sawyer, Cheyenne, Buck, and Quinn; and her brother, Layton Dutton and his wife Lucy.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Deborah Graves.

The family will receive visitors at Rogers Hovatter Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, from 12PM to 1PM on Saturday July 18th, with a funeral service starting at 1PM.

Interment is Slaughter Neck Cemetery.
