Paula Sue Xenos

On Thursday May 7th, 2026, Paula Sue Xenos, peacefully passed away at Bayhealth Hospital in Milford. She was 73.

Paula was born to the late Paul and Ruby Easley on February 7, 1953 in Saint Louis, Missouri. She grew up in Chichester, Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Xenos was fiercely proud of being a Registered Nurse, and her career spanned many years at several facilities, including Beebe Hospital and Harbor Healthcare in Lewes, DE before she eventually retired from the Delaware Veterans Home in Milford, Delaware.

In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, playing Zelda and baking with her grandchildren, and spending time with family.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Neil Xenos.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl Pioli, Amy Bates, and Shannon Taylor; her grandchildren: Jessica, Ashley, Alyson, Emily, Stephanie, Angela, Gabriel, Xavier, Mackenzie, Juliet, and Fiona; her great grandchildren: Taralynn, Stella, Brayden, Madison, Sage, Liam, Jesse, Callie, Daxton, River, and Iris; and her brother, Ronnie Easley.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., with a service at 12:00 p.m. on June 13, 2026 at Epworth United Methodist Church in Rehoboth, Delaware.
