Margaret Delima Bettro
FREDERICA - Margaret D. Bettro passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She was 96.
Margaret was born on December 9, 1918 in Holyoke, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Francis and Delima (Frappier) Loudon.
Peg loved her dear neighbors and friends who made her life so special and loving.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John C. Mahoney of Springfield, Mass., her second husband, John J. Bettro of So. Hadley Falls, Mass., and her daughter, Patricia Ann Northrop of Frederica.
Margaret leaves behind special nephews, James F. Loudon of NJ; Lewis Loudon of Palm City, FL; and Joseph Bettro of Mass.; three special nieces, Mary of OK; Carol of KA, and Gail of Australia; as well as many cousins and relatives.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2015 at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, 6486 Bay Rd, Frederica.
Interment will follow the services.
