Linda A. Kehler

On Friday May 2, 2025, Linda A. Kehler, peacefully went home to be with the Lord. She was 77.

Linda was born on May 20, 1947, in Eldorado, Kanas, to the late Betty and Richard Atkinson.

Her father worked for the DuPont Company which caused them to move around a lot growing up. Finally they settled in Wilmington and she graduated from Brandywine High School in 1965.

Mrs. Kehler worked as a waitress in many restaurants around Milford, and at Clifton Precision, and managed Wilson’s Package Store.

She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Milford Elks and sang in the choir at Reformation Lutheran Church.

Linda loved reading, sewing, and watching Hallmark Movies, and her favorite, the “Silver Fox” Mark Hamon on N.C.I.S.

Mrs. Kehler is survived by her children, Harry C. Kehler, IV, Jacquelyn Pettit and her husband Ed, Donna R. Allen and her husband Cory, and James W. Kehler and his wife Tammy, her grandchildren; Alica Allen, Searah Legates, Todd Hosmer, Danielle Mena, Kali Kehler, Lianne Hosmer, Melissa Kehler, Matthew Allen, and Dakota Cousins, and numerous great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Reformation Lutheran Church, 613 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE on Saturday, May 31st at 11AM.
