Judith Ann Dodenhoff

GREENWOOD - Judith Ann Dodenhoff passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.  She was 67.

Judith was born on August 2, 1947 in Brockton, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Francis Watson and Ruth Favier Prisco.

She was employed as a contracting officer for the Civil Service at Dover Air Force Base for 38 years, retiring from her position in 2004.  For the past ten years, Judith looked forward to the opportunity of being called to fill in as a substitute teacher with the Milford School District.

Judith enjoyed sewing and loved to travel.  During her lifetime, she has visited all 50 states and several other countries.

She was a member of the Milford Elks Lodge #2401 and a past president of the Ladies of the Elks, and a member of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Milford.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Raymond J. Dodenhoff, Jr., two daughters, Julie Johnson Morris and her husband Thomas of San Rafael, CA, and Mandy Bragg and her husband Joseph of Brazoria, TX; six grandchildren, Ava, Alastair, Savannah, Myriah, Kirsten, and Joseph; three brothers, Francis Watson, Edward Watson, and Ronald Prisco; three sisters, Karen King, Carole Scotton, and Ann Anton; and her extended family in Massachusetts.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Ave, Milford, where friends may call after 12:00 p.m.

Burial will follow the services at Barratts Chapel Cemetery in Frederica.
