John Vallely

Milford – On September 16, 2021, Mr. John Patrick Vallely went home to be with the Lord.

He was born on July 1, 1937 in Philadelphia, Pa to the late John and Mary Vallely.

Mr. Vallely honorably served our country in the Army from 1960 to 1962 and in the Army Reserves from 1962 to 1966.

He worked as a Production Specialist for the Philadelphia Inquirer before retiring and moving to Milford.

John loved to fish and work in his garden.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Joyce Vallely, his sister, Mary T Herron, his brothers Joseph Vallely and James Vallely and his wife Judy, his nephews, Daniel J. Herron, John G. Herron, Joseph P. Herron, Bernard J. Herron, Francis N. Herron, Parick Herron, James Vallely, Jr., and his nieces, Ann Vogelman and Denise Williamson.

The family will receive visitors at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, from 10AM to 11AM on Monday 10/4, with a funeral service at 11AM.

Interment is Millsboro Veterans Cemetery.
