Milford - On April 27, 2024, Jim Bryan peacefully went home to be with the Lord. He was 87.

Mr. Bryan was born on November 19, 1936 in Mount Holly, N.J. to the late Harold and Collette Bryan.

He graduated from Rancocas Valley High School in 1954. Immediately after graduating high school, Jim joined the Navy and honorably served our country until 1957.

He worked many years for the Fluor Corp., retiring as a Senior Engineering Manager.

Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing, and socializing.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joan Bryan (nee Goodwin). Mr. Bryan is also survived by his daughters, Debra Corrigan and her husband Jim, and Lorraine Levine and her husband Marc, his brothers, Joel Everett Bryan and his wife Kathleen, and Jerry Earl Bryan and his wife Marilee, nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and his cherished dog, Smokey.

Mr. Bryan was preceded in death by his children, Darlene Boykin, James Michael Bryan, and Michael Keith Bryan.

The family will receive visitors at Rogers Hovatter Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, from 10AM to 11AM on Tuesday 5/7. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John’s the Apostle Church 506 Seabury Ave, Milford, at 12PM on Tuesday.

Interment is Delaware Veterans Cemetery – Millsboro.
