Helen L. Fetzer
FREDERICA - Helen L. Fetzer passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at her home. She was 96.
Helen was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, on January 29, 1918, daughter of the late James and Bess (Perry) Williamson.
She was a full time homemaker.
Helen was a life member of the Frederica Senior Center and a member of the Hickory Street Presbyterian Church in Scranton.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Fetzer in 1985, and two brothers, Robert G. Williamson and Harry Williamson.
She is survived by her son, Robert G. Fetzer, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Frederica; four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four nephews, and one niece.
A celebration of Helen's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at the Frederica Senior Center, 216 S. Market St, Frederica.
Interment will be held at a later date in Fairview Memorial Park, Elm Hurst, Pennsylvania.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to the Frederica Senior Center, P.O. Box 165, Frederica, DE, 19946.
