Dorothy F. Green
MILFORD - Dorothy F. Green passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Milford Center. She was 99.
She was born in Milford on May 9, 1916, daughter of the late David E. and Flossie (Macklin) Fitzgerald.
Dorothy was a full time homemaker who enjoyed reading, knitting and gardening.
She was a former member of the Rebecca Lodge, and was the oldest living member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Milford.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" H. Green, Jr. in 2004.
She is survived by her daughter, Virginia G. Parker of Wilmington; a sister, Phyllis Webb and her husband Norman of Easton, MD; three grandchildren, Robert Pierce, Michael Parker, and Amy Lillie; seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Services and burial will be held privately.
