Beatrice Coverdale, 101
Of Milford, passed away at the Country Rest Home in Greenwood on Wednesday, September 25, 2013.
She attended the Pilgrim Wesleyan Church and was faithful to her heavenly Father.
Mrs. Coverdale worked 45 years at the L.D. Caulk Company in Inventory Control.
Her husband Harvey, and son Harvey, Jr. preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Lorraine Slaughter, and her husband Leon of Milford; four grandchildren, Donald L. Slaughter, Robert L. Slaughter, John Coverdale, and Connie DeYoung; three great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30, 2013, with a viewing one hour prior to the service in the Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Lincoln Cornerstone Church, c/o Mrs. Ellis Geise, 7 Clarke Ave, Milford, DE, 19963.
