Barbara Ann Mullins

On April 24, 2024, Barbara Ann Mullins “Mom” peacefully passed away at her son’s residence in Milford, DE. She was 82.

Mrs. Mullins was born in Beaver Valley, PA on August 15, 1941 to the late Gerald and Pearl Hoagland.

She graduated from Beaver Falls High School in 1959.

Barbara worked at various local places around Beaver, PA, but was most proud of being a Class Grandmother for Beaver County Head Start.

Barb's smile lit up the room and she was the life of the party and if you came to see her a bag of kettle chips and a scratch off ticket would be all that was needed to make her day.   She was always there for everyone and her internal strength and resilience enabled her determination to ensure all those around her that all was good with her and not to worry.   In her spare time she enjoyed puzzles, reading, bingo, playing the slots and cards.

Mrs. Mullins is survived by her children, Charles Mullins and his wife Ashley, David Mullins and his wife Kathy, and Maryann (Mullins) Wagner and her boyfriend Johnny Hall, nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, with one on the way, and her sister Patricia McClinton and her husband Richard as well as many other family and friends who were like family.
