Barbara A. Jacobs
Age 92, of Milford, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford.
Barbara was born on April 29, 1920 in Germany, daughter of the late Johann and Afra Karolina (Gsell) Wirth.
She was a full time homemaker and enjoyed gardening, painting and was an accomplished seamstress.
Mrs. Jacobs attended St. John's Catholic Church in Milford.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jacobs was preceded in death by her husband, Bruno Jacobs and her son, Felix Mueller.
She is survived by a sister, Afra Huber, a niece, Rose Mary Buchenronth and a nephew, Gunter Wirth, all of Germany; and a special friend, Renate Thomas of Milford.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the Milford Community Cemetery on Route 113, with entombment to follow.
