Arlene G. Veith
GREENWOOD - Arlene G. Veith passed away Monday, August 15, 2016 at Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 73.
She was born in Milford on August 19, 1942, daughter of the late Roy and Sara (Hill) Gourley.
Arlene was employed as a registered nurse in the Labor and Delivery Department of Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital, retiring after 40 years.
She was a member and past vice president of the Diamond State Friends Club and a member of the Dover Diamond Dolls.
In addition to her parents, Arlene was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Gourley.
She is survived by two sons, John Veith, Jr. and his wife Meg of Atlanta, GA, and Michael Veith and his wife Daisy of Milford; five grandchildren, Kira, Sarah, Adam, Hannah, and Evan and a great grandchild, Ryleigh.
Friends are invited to join the family to celebrate Arlene's life at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016 at her residence, 4 Swamppink Drive, Blairs Pond Estates, Greenwood.
